Exvee ERP is an enterprise resource planning solution built on the Odoo platform, supporting businesses in managing sales, inventory, accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, and human resources.

2.1 Business Data You Enter

  • Accounting and Financial Data: Invoices, payment records, journal entries, financial reports, and bank account information entered by users into the system.
  • Inventory and Stock Data: Product catalogs, stock quantities, goods receipts and transfers, and supplier information.
  • HR Data: Employee records, attendance data, leave information, and payroll data.
  • Sales and Customer Data: Customer information, orders, quotations, and transaction history.
  • Purchase Data: Supplier information, purchase orders, and procurement transaction history.

2.2 User Authentication Credentials

  • Username and Password: User credentials are stored in encrypted form (password hashing) in the system database. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.
  • Activity Logs: The system records login history and significant operations for audit and internal security purposes.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do NOT collect usage analytics to sell or share with third parties.
  • We do NOT collect personal device data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage

4.1 Self-Hosted Deployment

If you deploy Exvee ERP on your own servers, all data is stored within your infrastructure. 17tek has no access to your data in this case, unless you grant access for technical support purposes.

4.2 17tek Managed Hosting

If you use hosting managed by 17tek, your data is stored on secure servers with:

  • Regular data backups
  • Encryption of data at rest and in transit
  • Strict access controls
  • Continuous security monitoring

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties, except:

5.1 Odoo SA (Platform Provider)

Exvee ERP is built on the open-source Odoo platform. During normal operation, the Odoo framework may communicate with Odoo SA services for module updates and license verification.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or competent government authority.

5.3 Technical Support

With your explicit permission, 17tek technical staff may access the system to provide support, troubleshoot issues, or perform maintenance.

  • Data After Contract Termination: Data is retained for up to 90 days after service termination to facilitate data export, then permanently deleted.

8. Your Rights

  • Right to Access: You can access and export all your business data at any time through the Exvee ERP interface.
  • Right to Rectification: You can update and modify your data within the system.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can export your data in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) for use with other systems.
  • Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your data. We will action this within 30 days of receiving the request, except for data required to be retained by law.
  • Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your data in specific circumstances.
