- Telegram message content temporarily cached on-device (Telegram Voice Reader only)

- We do NOT collect analytics, telemetry, or tracking data
- We do NOT collect device identifiers for advertising purposes
- We do NOT collect location data, contacts, photos, or media

- Provide and maintain our products and services

- Process and store business data (Exvee ERP)
- Convert message text to speech audio (Telegram Voice Reader)

Google Cloud TTS / Microsoft Azure Speech (optional) Data transmitted: Plain text for speech synthesis. No personally identifiable metadata attached.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Exvee ERP: Data stored on customer’s self-hosted server or 17tek managed hosting. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Telegram Voice Reader: All data stored locally on your device. Sensitive credentials use platform-native encrypted storage.
- We do NOT operate centralized servers that collect personal data from Telegram Voice Reader users.
6. Data Retention
- Exvee ERP: Data retained as long as the customer maintains an active subscription. Deleted upon request.
- Telegram Voice Reader: Message cache auto-cleaned (default: 7 days). All data deleted on app uninstall.
7. Your Rights
- Right to Access: View your data within the product.
- Right to Deletion: Request data deletion at any time.
- Right to Portability: Export your data in standard formats (Exvee ERP).
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Stop using our products at any time.
These rights comply with GDPR (EEA) and CCPA (California).
8. Children’s Privacy
Our products are not intended for children under 13.
